All of our products are digital and delivered via email. Upon successful processing of your order, you will receive your personalized Lunar Deed, land location details, and high-resolution photo(s) of the Moon directly to the email address provided at checkout. 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and sent within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of the day of the week. If your order is placed, it will be processed and delivered within 24 hours, even on weekends and holidays.

3. Delivery Time

After your order is processed, you can expect to receive your digital products via email within 24 hours. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes automated emails may be filtered there.

4. Accuracy of Contact Information

To ensure timely delivery, please provide an accurate and up-to-date email address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

5. Technical Issues

If you do not receive your digital products within the stated delivery time, or if you encounter any issues with your files, please contact us at info@themoonrealtor.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

6. No Physical Shipping

Please note that no physical products are shipped. All items are digital downloads sent directly to your email.
